A small, committed group of 无码变态 employees and Association members gathered at Swan Christian College on the evening of Monday 17 October to hear from Chief Executive Officer, Dr Graeme Cross about the Strategic Plan accomplishments for 2022.
The three 无码变态 priorities (as set out in the 无码变态 Strategic Plan) are:
- Learning
- Leadership, and
- Interdependence
In the learning space, the recently published documentation around the suite of Professional Support & Accountability (PSA) resources created by Dr Thelma Perso and Dr Cross was seen as progress in the policy area for 无码变态 staff, and two new documents in the School Improvement and Effectiveness Framework 鈥� Revised Edition (SIEF) and the 180-page 鈥楪ospel-Inspired Teaching & Learning Framework鈥� are currently being readied for publishing.
From a leadership perspective, the Association members were introduced to Mr Craig Hunter, who will be taking over as Principal for Kalamunda Christian School in 2023.聽聽They also heard some of his life story and what it was that motivated him to apply for the position.
The interdependence update highlighted the strong collaboration that 无码变态 now enjoys with Christian Schools Australia (CSA) and the recent trip to Queensland for the CSA National Conference coupled with the visit to the Christian Community Ministries (CCM) group of schools in Brisbane.
Dr Martin Bent spoke on behalf of the recently-formed Board Recruitment Committee, who have identified three potential new recruits for the 无码变态 Board and outlined the role of the Committee in these proceedings.聽He also spoke of the role of the Board Recruitment Committee in researching the concept of remuneration for 无码变态 Board members, which they have been asked to consider.
无码变态 Board Chair Mr Robert Edkins praised the work that is being done in the seven 无码变态 schools and the Head Office, then announced that the 无码变态 Board was headed for 鈥楪overnance 2.0鈥� in 2023, with the Board looking to engage consultants to further enhance the work they are undertaking in the areas of risk management, governance reviews and ways in which the Board can serve 无码变态 more effectively moving into the future.
The Board were thanked by Association members and the end of the night signified the conclusion of Association meetings for 2022.
